Hi Ladies,
I hope you're having a lovely, sunny week. I don't know about you but I am counting down the days to that deliciously long jubilee weekend! It certainly helps to ease the sweaty tube journeys and horrid delays I have been facing this week, commuting does not suit me readers, it really really doesn't!
So to blogging. One of my favourite things to read on my most loved blogs is the 'Things I've been loving this week' posts and I have felt inspired to do my own so here is just a little glimpse into my current loves.
This week I am loving...
Beautiful floral fabrics arriving through my door ready for exciting summer projects.
The first item in my holiday 2012 wardrobe, a lovely floral print summer dress from Next. I'm in love with it and I am counting down every last second to my holiday.
Spending real quality time with my niece and nephew this weekend. Bubble fights, nail painting, decorating their ceilings with glow in the dark stars. Pure bliss!
My wonderful new followers, there you all are looking resplendent. Thank you so much for following and thank you to those of you who followed especially to enter my giveaway, you have made me very happy. You are most welcome here among all my other beloved followers!
But most of all, I am loving the news that my brave mammy has completed her last chemotherapy session after six long months and she is doing just fine. I decided not to blog about our ordeal over the last 8 months but this news is blog worthy and that's all I will say on the matter. Check us out...me and my little egg head!!
So there you have it, these are the things that are getting me through this sweaty, humid week. Keep counting down to that long weekend my loves.
In the meantime, why not enter my giveaway and be in the chance of winning a lovely mix of vintage and handmade treasures from yours truly.
With love,
Lexie

What a lovely post. I read recently that people who have had a heart attack are less likely to suffer another if they list the things they are grateful for on a regular basis - perhaps it would do us all good to do this. Glad your Ma is through her ordeal. xx
ReplyDeleteThank you lovely ladies for you kind words, you're too sweet. Have a great weekend x
