Craft project of the week: Paint Swatch Heart Garland

I found this little gem of a craft project yesterday, I thought it was so simple and adorable and it had me wishing I had brought that heart punch I saw a few weeks ago!

I found it on Ohcrafts but it is originally from the wonderful Grace and Light
